Cold weather
This weekend in the Twin Cities it was below zero and the wind had it feeling like minus 34 degrees. I had two open houses and the activity was good. The buyers ran from their cars to the warm house and in 15 mines were back in their cars. With interest rates at 5.5%, buyers do not want to "cool" off. Here's the plan. Find a house in the next two months, close on it in 60 days, and have the grill out at moving day to cook hot dogs for your friends and family. It is not too early to look to buy and it is not too early to list your home.
