The Paulus Team consists of Jane Paulus, Charles Paulus, and Kelly Cappelletti (their full time assistant) and several loyal vendors. Jane and Charles have been selling Residential Real Estate throughout the seven county area of the Twin Cities since 1986. The team's effective and efficient manner of doing business allows them to give individual service to all their customers.

The Paulus Team ranks yearly in the top 1% of Realtors in the Twin Cities and also throughout the United States. This ranking is achieved one customer at a time.

The team approach is used by the Paulus' so that there is never a time that a person's needs go unattended. Jane Paulus, with the help of her husband, Charles Paulus, started The Paulus Team in 1986 specializing in residential real estate in the seven-county area of the Minneapolis/St. Paul  Community.
